BONUS RECIPE: Banana Bread

Makes: 5-6 loaves Time: 1hr 20mins

INGREDIENTS

• 5 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 tsp baking soda

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1-2 tsp cinnamon

• 4 eggs

• 3 cups sugar

• 1 cup butter

• 2 tsp maple syrup

• 2 cups sour milk (regular milk with 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar)

• 4 very ripe mashed bananas

• 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to °350 F. Grease 5 bread pans. Melt butter on low. Mix with sugar in medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, maple syrup, and mashed bananas. Mix well and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Pour the butter/sugar mix into the flour mix slowly, adding milk at the same time. Mix thoroughly. Add walnuts. Distribute into bread pans evenly. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
